Each project starts with a complimentary consultation initially taking place in the room or property where a site survey is conducted. This is our opportunity to better understand your personality, preferences and lifestyle, allowing you the chance to make sure we are the right people to help you.
With interchangeable ideas, a design brief is created for the project based on your needs and aspirations and our study of the fabrication and features of the room.
A design meeting is held in our Design Studio where we have an extensive library of samples and visual references.
This is where the design concepts come to life. Finishing samples and textures can be viewed and touched.
All design elements including spatial, structural and architectural arrangements, colours, lighting, furnishings and joinery are brought into play.
We will then move towards finalising the design concept with our recommended project plan, services, timescales and a breakdown of estimated costs and fees.
All done at a pace that you feel comfortable with.
Once the detailed design is agreed, we organise the sourcing and ordering on your behalf, using our broad list of suppliers whom we know and trust.
Working closely with our team of master craftsmen and artisans when a project calls for a bespoke service.

Throughout this stage, the client will be kept informed of progress.
